Each year USPC inducts Pony Club alumni into the Academy of Achievement who have been outstanding in their fields after leaving Pony Club and are selected from submitted nominations by a National Committee.

As they will be participants in the National USPC Youth Congress, those nominated should be articulate and comfortable in large groups. They should enjoy working with young people and be willing to spend two days in small group discussions and activities focusing on young people’s development. The outstanding alumni selected for this honor will be inducted into the Academy at USPC’s Annual Meeting at an Honors Banquet held the last weekend in January.

Qualifications for nomination are the following:

• Outstanding achievement after leaving Pony Club (any field)
• Strong Pony Club background
• Over 25 years of age
