The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., is committed to supporting its mission and its membership through clear By-Laws and policies.

All By-Laws and Policies are driven by the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of USPC.

By definition, “By-laws” state rules made by the organization to govern the actions of its members. “Policies” are a course of action or procedure used to support the rules stated in the By-Laws. Every year the USPC Board of Governors reviews its By-Laws and policies for amendment and updating. All corporate and life members are encouraged to read and propose necessary revisions.
