Every year in the fall, each club must hold an Annual Meeting for the Club Sponors to conduct the business of the club, recommend a DC and any JtDCs to the RS for appointment, and elect a Club Secretary and a Club Treasurer for the following year.
In September, clubs are sent a packet of information for reporting on their Annual Meeting. Included in that packet is also the needed information and forms for members to renew their membership for the follow year.
Below are all the forms and information sent in that packet. Information on online renewals will be posted as soon as the site is ready.
