Proud Pony Club Graduates Take a Look Back to Focus on the Future

January 23, 2012 (Lexington, KY) – To many Proud Pony Club Alumni, Pony Club does more than just turn out responsible, well rounded horse people. The skills theydeveloped through Pony Club go far beyond the barn, extending into every aspect of daily life and business. In an effort to preserve and improve the quality of horsemanship in today’s youth, Pony Club is teaming up with their alumni. Proud Pony Club Graduate icons are being distributed so that alumni can set up reciprocal links on their web pages. The intent is for graduates to highlight their Pony Club achievements. Eric Dierks, graduate Pony Club member from Fox River Valley Pony Club and a current member of the USPC Board of Governors, is helping to spearhead this program, "As a graduate of Pony Club, I would like to ask you to join me in sharing your pride in Pony Club. I am proud to be a Pony Club graduate and I feel we have every reason to display and spread the word about what Pony Club teaches and instills in its members.”

Other graduates are following Eric’s lead. Both Stephanie Drachkovich, graduate from Fiddler’s Green Pony Club, and Doug Payne, graduate from Summerset Hill Pony Club, are listed on the Pony Club website with more graduates getting involved every day. For additional information and to see a list of Proud Pony Club Graduates visit the Pony Club website at: http://www.ponyclub.org/?page=ProudGrads.
