An Introduction to Intercollegiate Riding
In this webinar, we will provide an overview to four of the major intercollegiate equestrian organizations: the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA), the National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA), the Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) and the American National Riding Commission (ANRC). We will also discuss the newly evolving Intercollegiate Eventing League. Each of these organizations provides a unique opportunity for Pony Club Members to earn scholarships, recognition and further hone their horsemanship skills while in college, even if they no longer own a horse. Join us to learn answers to the most common questions about what it means to be a part of an intercollegiate equestrian team as well gain tips on how to prepare for your team try out.
